Bitterne Park Hotel closing for refurb

bitterneparkhotelexteriorclosedThe Bitterne Park Hotel closes for refurbishment for six weeks from Monday, January 12.

The whole of the downstairs will be refurbished, said publican Gina Coulson. She told bitternepark.info that two bars will be kept, the pool room will be turned into a breakfast room, and the back lounge will then become the pool room.

There will also be new signs, refurbished windows, and interior and exterior decoration.

The pub's due to re-open on Friday, February 20 with a disco, singer and band.
