Flashback: protests to keep Cobbett open earlier this year

Friends of Cobbett Library are inviting residents to come and lobby councillors at Cobbett Library on Saturday, December 15 at 10.30am, over budget proposals to cut opening hours by up to a third. Organisers say any remaining petitions can be brought along on Saturday.
