"There's a lot of food with an Asian influence, because I travelled for 20 years," explained Caroline Dunsmore when The Summit opened in Bitterne Park. "We've got Asian, Chile, Spanish – the flavours that we like, using fresh herbs: a whole mixture."

Having just opened a new 'low level' eating area downstairs at The Triangle, Caroline said that half the new restaurant would retain the same style, but on a single storey, at the new premises.

The team expects to open The Summit in December, next door to The Richmond pub in the former Urban premises.
