‘Votes for women – Campaigning in Southampton’

arrest of suffragettes in LondonAn illustrated talk on the suffragette movement, entitled ‘Votes for women — Campaigning in Southampton’ will be presented by Roger Ottewill on Friday, March 25th.

The event takes place at 7.30pm, in Cobbett Road Library’s Community Room, Bitterne Park. Entrance is free but a donation will be appreciated by organisers Friends of Cobbett Road Library.  Refreshments are available.
