Plans to redevelop a Portswood Road site into 75 student flats have been revealed.
The development has been designed by Studio Four Architects for Glendale Estates. It would comprise three, four and five-storey buildings, with 21 one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom and four three-bedroom flats, along with associated facilities and an office/commercial unit with parking and storage.
The deadline for representations to the council about the development is January 6. Details of the application are on the councils site, and the reference is 14/02045/FUL
The council's expected to make a decision on the application in mid-March.
