It looked like finishing touches were being added to the new Persian Cultural Centre at the Triangle this week, as signage was put up at the former H Palace building. Planning documents last year said the proposal would help "the Persian speaking community such as Iranians, Afghan Tajiks etc, to learn and gather while regenerating a building, which has sat empty for some time.”
