Although reopened temporarily, it's been closed again to motorised vehicles over half-term week for further repairs after a car was driven into the heritage building on May 11.
The council added: "Remaining repair work to the east face of the heritage building will start on Monday 07 June. Woodmill Lane will stay open to traffic during the remaining repairs and we ask that pedestrians comply with all safety signage when in the area of the ongoing works."
