Minister’s airport decision ‘baffling’ says think-tank

Eastleigh News reports that Eastleigh Borough Council gave airport expansion the go-ahead 24 hours after a government ministry reportedly told the news website "it's still under consideration". Meanwhile a charitable think-tank has described the decision as “baffling”.
