by the Cobden Bridge entrance to Riverside Park
TriFest (the festival at Bitterne Park Triangle) is a free community festival along the lines of a village fete to support local businesses and showcase musical talent from the area. But mainly for everyone to just have a fun day on the park.
Dog Show sponsored by Second Chance Animal Rescue. Entry on the day.

Music sponsored and hosted by Stand Up to Racism, local musicians performing throughout the day.
Beer tent run by the Butcher’s Hook pub.
Top of the Crops organised jointly by the Bitterne Park Growing Places Project and Southampton Allotment and Gardens Association. Including (amongst other things) a scarecrow competition and expert growing advice. More details here >>
Games area
Stalls from local traders and community organisations. Including:
Tasty Hampshire: quality produce from Hampshire growers and producers.
Lacie Mai’s: Pre loved children's clothes.
Highbridge Permaculture: a community farm selling plants.
Southampton Scrap Store: Involving children in making things out of recycled materials.
Arts & craft tents: A number of local artists and crafters.
Transition Southampton& a number of groups campaigning for a more sustainable future.
Information for visitors:
Parking is difficult; please try to walk or cycle or use the bus.
There are no toilets on the park but traders on the Triangle will allow people to use their toilets.
Bring a picnic. Some food and drink will be available or buy things on the Triangle.
Please take your litter home.
