Supported by Southampton Airport, SO18 Big Local, Townhill Park Residents’ Association and housing association Abri, it involves searching for woodland clues to answer question accessed via a QR code – or on paper by request.

All clues can be seen from the main path, says publicity, and it should take about 30 minutes.

“Good luck, stay safe and please respect, protect and enjoy the woodland” says the leaflet, which is reproduced below and includes a QR code (click for a larger image).

“It is primarily set up for submitting responses by smartphone, but we can provide paper copies on request,” said an airport spokesperson.
