Fair rolls in to Riverside

Charles Coles’ ‘City of Fun’ fair opens at Riverside Park today (Sept 29) and runs until Sunday (Oct 3).

Publicity says the token-operated park, near the Woodmill end of Riverside Park, is open weeknights from 4-9pm, Saturday 2-9pm and Sunday 2-6pm.

Tokens are £1 each or 25 for £20.

NHS workers, says the poster, ride free (NHS card must be shown).
