Triangle Indian restaurant and takeaway Bitterne Balti has announced its closure.

Speaking to bitternepark.info, owners said they’d been at the Triangle for 23 years.
They blamed both the pandemic, with fewer people eating in restaurants, and staffing issues - said to be common for takeaway and hospitality businesses currently.
A sign on the door on Saturday (Dec 4) read:
“We are so very sorry to tell you that we have had to close down the restaurant. We have tried so hard over the last couple of years to keep things going but the pandemic has brought us all really difficult times and we just haven’t been able to recover. Add in to the mix our new baby and things have just become untenable. We hope you understand our decision.
“We want to thank all our loyal customers for your support, friendship and custom over the years and we really hope to cross paths with you all again at some point in the future.”
