The agent’s website lists the shop, at 113 St Denys Road, as “a small, high turnover store which benefits from a good deal of passing trade and a densely populated local area”.
Sales are reportedly around £11,000 a week, with the recently added post office increasing shop trade, according to Christie’s website.
“This established business is ideal for a first time buyer or operator who would like to acquire a store to run under management,” the site adds.
