Southampton People's Assembly is holding a further march and rally in the city as part of national protests over the cost of living crisis on Saturday (April 2).

“The increases in food and fuel costs, national insurance and energy bills are leading to real hardship for many people,” says the group in a press release.
“We are hearing of bills rising from £27 a month to over £130 for people on low incomes.”
They’ll be assembling at Guildhall Square at 2pm before a “noisy march” to the Bargate for speeches from 3.30pm.
