Local community organisation SO18 Big Local has made a short film “to capture the lived experience” of the community in Townhill Park, where it says fewer than 10% of planned new homes have been built since the original masterplan was approved.

Says SO18 Big Local in the video description:

“The Estate Regeneration of Townhill Park (Southampton) was sold to residents as a 10 year project. A decade on from the approval of the original masterplan at cabinet, and with less than 10% of the planned new homes built, SO18 Big Local has made this short film to capture the lived experience of the community over the last 10 years.”
