Under construction: a planter made from pallets
The BP Growing Places Committee have been hard at work creating planters from recycled pallets.
These will pop up around The Triangle in front of shops to bring some colour and greenery to the heart of our lovely community.
We now need some plants to fill these up!
We’re looking for people to donate spare plants ideally flowers - trailing and scented would be good or herbs - anything that would make an attractive display this summer. The plants need to be happy growing in shallow soil. We need 80 - 100 plants ideally!
If you can donate any plants please can you either drop them off at 77 Hillside Avenue or email BPGP Committee Member Katie Campostori on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and she can arrange to collect from you.
We need plants by Friday 27 May.
Planting will take place down at The Triangle this Saturday morning 28 May.
Thank you BPGP Committee
