As we reported on Thursday, Graham had to shut up his Triangle bakery this weekend for the final time due to health issues.

Now a crowdfunder has been launched by local resident Alex Bluemel.

“I thought that it would be great to let Graham know how much the local community appreciate everything he's done over the past five decades and this gesture would be a nice way of setting him off on his retirement,” Alex told bitternepark.info.

At the time of writing the fundraiser on JustGiving.com had already raised 42% of its target.

If you wish to contribute the JustGiving page is here.
