Updated: A small sinkhole appeared on the recently resurfaced Hillside Avenue at the Bond Road end on Friday afternoon (July 29). It's understood the barrier was put in place, possibly by residents, to warn drivers. Cars were continuing to pass the obstruction by driving partially on the pavement when this photo was taken. Official warning signage was later added.
