It's thought to be because of a burst water main in the West End area.
Our Facebook page includes reader reports on their water supply from various roads.
Southern Water said on an ansaphone message: "We are aware and are sorry for any inconvenience caused; We are hoping to have your supply restored as soon as possible."
In a tweet they said an inspector was "en route to come and attend to the issue". They later tweeted: " until our inspector has been out to assess the extent of the issue, I am unable to give a timescale of when water will return to supply".
