Solent Mind is offering free digital device support workshops at their subsidiary Mayfield Nursuries, including help with smartphones, tablets and laptops.

The charity says around 16% of the UK population is unable to use these devices without assistance, and this can be a problem with more services moving online.
The free workshops can also help on topics including Google, emails, security, Zoom, shopping and more, potentially also helping to build confidence and wellbeing.
