There are three local consultations / petitions with looming deadlines.
Deadlines on the following are approaching:
Southampton e-scooter trial survey – closes on September 19
This is to get people’s opinions on the Voi e-scooter trial that has been taking place in Southampton in order for the council to decide whether to make the scheme permanent.
Community Safety Survey 2022 – closes on September 27
This is for the council to work out what areas require the most attention when it comes to working with the police on tackling crime in the city.
Petition to make parking on the pavement an offence – closes on September 16
This is to make the council change the rules around parking on the pavement. It currently (as of September 14) has 225 signatures and requires another 1,025 to be brought to council for consideration.
