Southampton People's Assembly, which will be running a stall and talking to shoppers in town on Saturday, says the "government's financial statement on 17th November offers no solutions to the cost of living crisis" and that there is "no need for cuts".
They'll be petitioning at the junction of Bargate Street and Portland Place by Waterstones from noon until 2pm.
