The work is to “repair a gully frame and cover” outside house number 16, and will involve a “slight incursion onto the carriageway”.

The lights will be used to control traffic from 9.30am to 3.30pm, and some on-street parking will be suspended around the work area.

Neighbours may be affected by flashing lights and noise during the works, says the council.
