It's between the practice cycle track and the playground in Cobden Meadows – alongside a damaged area of grass.
Some smaller parts of the bike have been scattered about, and, intriguingly, some twigs have been left on top of part it.
It’s not currently known how long the motorbike has been there, although it was certainly in the park as early as Monday daytime.
In response to the news, the Friends of Riverside Park tweeted: "Thankfully not a common occurs but still a very annoying one."
The city council has been informed.
