Friendly groups suitable for beginners and the more experienced alike as I give lots of options. Each class has a theme which I introduce at the start and then weave into the class. All classes will have a warmup, sun salutations, standing and seated postures, a cool down sequence, meditation, pranayama [breathwork] and relaxation. The exact content will vary with the class and the theme.
A trial class is £9 .
