Roots and Branches tells the story of a couple who fell in love during the time of the coronation in 1953, and aims to improve intergenerational understanding of cognitive decline and dementia. It does so by highlighting shared history through words and music from people living with the condition.

The 45-minute performance, by Theatre for Life, pictured, will be followed by a workshop, group singing, and a coronation tea party.

It takes place on Monday, May 8 starting at 2pm. Tickets cost £2 per adult and £5 per family, available online here.
