‘Anti-skid surfacing’ will mean overnight closures

Overnight works take place on Bitterne Road West after Easter.

The road is set to close westbound from 8pm – 6am on the approach to Athelstan Road, from just before Cobbett Road.

Work is due to take place from April 11 for two nights.

Southampton Travel tweeted that a signed diversion route via Cobden Bridge will be in place.
