‘High-value items’ stolen on Highfield Avenue

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was robbed near Highfield.

It occurred at around 4:15 p.m. on Monday afternoon (July 10) on Highfield Avenue near Highfield Road.

 

A man in his 20s had “high-value” items including a diamond tennis bracelet and a gold chain stolen. He sustained minor facial injuries and was taken to the hospital.

Two suspects, described as one black and the other Asian, fled in a black saloon-style vehicle towards Portswood. Dash cam footage and any information related to the incident are sought.
