The deadline to complete the council’s second phase of consultation on its government-funded plans to “make Portswood more sustainable and an attractive place to visit” is on Sunday (Oct 1).

As previously reported, Southampton City Council says the scheme’s aim is to “attract more people to visit local businesses, improve air quality in the area, make the streets safer for people walking and cycling and improve bus journey times and reliability.”
