Paffey said his priorities include cutting NHS waiting times, getting more teachers in key subjects in local schools, tackling antisocial behaviour and policing, and supporting measures to clean up the River Itchen.

He said: “I’m proud to launch my campaign to be the next Labour MP for Southampton Itchen, the place where I both live and work”

“As someone who has lived here for over 20 years, I know that our community deserves better than the past 14 years of Tory decline.”
