Jewellery stolen from Cobden Avenue home during early hours

cobden ave cctv image police 44240294565 image 1 croppedPolice have launched an appeal after a house on Cobden Avenue was broken into during the night and various items of jewellery were taken.

It happened some time between midnight and 1.30am on Friday, July 12.

The occupants weren’t in at the time.

Police have published a CCTV image of a man they say was seen in the area around the time who they think might have information to assist their enquiries.

He’s described as:

  • Aged between 20 and 40
  • White
  • Between 5ft 10ins and 6ft 2ins tall, approximately
  • Of skinny build
  • Wearing a dark puffer jacket, tracksuit bottoms with reflective detailing, bright yellow gardening gloves and a jumper around his head to act as a face covering.
