There’s more disruption for drivers on the A3035, now due to temporary lights for work at the junction between Cobden Avenue and Bullar Road.

This was causing some delays back onto Cobden Bridge at lunchtime on Thursday (Sept 19).
It’s thought the traffic signals are in place to enable internet company toob to carry out work.
The pavement on the Thorold Road side was also partially closed.
According to one.network, work takes place on Thursday and Friday this week.
It’s unknown whether the lights will be in place during the rush hours.
Work by Southern Water is also listed to take place on Bullar Road from September 14 – 20, likely to cause “some carriageway incursion”.
