Joanna Rose Tidey creates works that are “unapologetically vibrant and colourful”, and has built up a strong community relationship through her ‘Nature all around us’ trail around Bitterne Manor, initiated by the Friends of Bitterne Station and launched with Chris Packham in July.
Her ‘Sholing Safari was self-initiated during the lockdowns, and she also often participates at live paint events including Southampton’s Multi-Stories project and the Southend City Jam.
“After gaining a degree in Fine Arts from the University of East London, Joanna has completed many commissions and is included in public and private collections both in the UK and abroad,” says the exhibition web page, where you can read more about the new exhibition, 'A Splash of Nature'.
