Diwali Mela at Bitterne Park School this weekend

bitterne park secondary school exterior april 2020 460pxA vibrant Diwali Mela is is set to take place at Bitterne Park School on Saturday (Oct 19) from 11am to 6pm, offering food, cultural shows, and stalls.

The family-friendly event will feature a variety of food stalls, cultural performances such as Ramleela and an Indian fashion show, as well as handicrafts, jewellery, and traditional Indian clothing.

Entry is free, with additional parking at the Riverside Park car parks.

Donations are encouraged to support the Foodbank Angels of Southampton.
