Southampton Ukulele Jam in full flow at the Triangle – where they broke their own nonstop playing record as runners passed and supporters cheered
Southampton Ukulele Jam beat their marathon personal best on Sunday (April 6), playing non-stop for 4 hours, 13 minutes and 50 seconds as part of their Triangle cheerfest.
Crowds turned out in glorious sunshine to spur on runners heading from the Triangle towards Riverside Park.
SUJ's Colin McAllister said it was "an amazing accomplishment that is only superseded by all the magnificent runners raising ££ for so many charities".
He also thanked The Butcher's Hook and The Old Chemist for their support.
