Friends of Cobbett Road Library are holding another of their popular Apple Days at the Library Community Room on Saturday, October 8.
You can celebrate the wonderful world of apples by bringing your spare orchard fruits to swap or share. Tea, coffee and locally produced apple juice will be available, as well as lovely appley goodies to eat.  Sample recipes, displays, childen's activities and a contest to tease the little grey cells take place between 10.30am and 12.30pm.  Children's storytime is at 11am.
