Step back to the Triangle in 1973, when baker Graham Cotton was new to the block, and community was everything.

In this audio interview, recorded in August 2023, Graham reflects on his 49 years running a bakery, the traders of the time, and vibrant local events.

“It was quite a few years before the first hypermarket opened. Everybody knew everybody. And community was what it was all about,” he recalls.
