The Oasis Church-run building at The Triangle put out a call for help on social media on Saturday (Nov 1).
It has set up a donation form using Zeffy, a platform for charities to fundraise.
Zeffy itself says it passes on 100% of donations to fundraising organisations, relying on optional tips to earn its own crust.

As reported, The Old Chemist is offering tickets for its relaunch day on Saturday, November 15, with cinema and afternoon “taster workshops” from 9.30am to 4pm, followed by live music in the evening from 7pm, with refreshments provided by the Butcher’s Hook.
Funding for the building’s renovations, which include opening up the downstairs space, a new roof, windows and solar panels, came largely from a now-defunct government Community Ownership Fund grant.
