Woodies at the Junction on Priory Road reported the break-ins on social media, but said of the latest incident “we are all safe and there is nothing broken that we cannot fix”.
But the pub added: “We cannot tell you how upsetting it is knowing that we are being targeted in this kind of way. It is extremely hard to run a hospitality venue in these economic times and the team here spend so many hours behind the scenes (a lot unpaid) to keep the Junction well presented, clean and a lovely environment for all.”
An appeal was made for anyone with any CCTV footage of a male in a hoodie and jeans with “some sort of surgical mask” at around 11.30pm on Sunday night to get in touch via email.
Woodies also suffered a break-in on November 12 at around 3am, which caused it to temporarily close while repairs took place.
It was expected to be open again following the latest setback from lunchtime Tuesday (November 18)
