Community groups bring festive sparkle to Bitterne URC

christmas tree gaby dyson x4UeNUUl U unsplashBitterne United Reformed Church in Bitterne Precinct is inviting residents to its Christmas Tree Festival, where a collection of trees decorated by local groups and organisations will be on display throughout December.

The festival runs on Saturday, December 6; Saturday, December 13; and Saturday, December 20, from 10am–12 noon, as well as Wednesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 17, from 10–11.30am at 446 Bitterne Road.

Father Christmas will be in attendance on Saturdays, and the church’s Community Café will be serving festive refreshments. Entry is free, and a visit with Father Christmas - including a present - costs £2.
