God’s House Tower reopens after month of TLC

gods house tower GPArts and heritage venue God’s House Tower reopens during February after what’s described as “a month of TLC”, marking the occasional with an opening weekend and new exhibition launch.

Opening on Friday (Feb 6) the exhibition is presented by Create + Connect and celebrates women’s creativity through work developed in clay, weaving and Madhubani painting workshops held at God’s House Tower over the past six months.

GHT says the project “explores creativity as an embodied, shared process shaped by collaboration, materials and place”.

“We’re really excited to welcome everyone back to GHT,” said venue manager Hannah Preston.

“We thrive on creativity and people, and we can’t wait for our audiences to enjoy the refreshed space and discover what’s new.”

 • Opening weekend hours: Fri, Feb 6, 6 - 9pm (launch); Sat, Feb 7, 10am - 5pm; Sun, Feb 8, 10am - 4pm. GHT will then be open Thursday to Sunday. Free entry.
