A prominent former bank building in Bitterne Park, now used by the Persian Cultural Centre, has been put up for sale or rent, according to property agents Savills.

The agent describes the non-residential property at 1, Manor Farm Road, as 239.04 square metres (2,573 sq ft) across two floors.
The guide prices for the freehold is £525,000, or leasehold in the region of £40,000 a year.

It opened in 2021 after the building had “sat empty for some time”, according to planning documents.
The building was used as a bank, it’s thought from the 80s to the 90s. After this it was the home for antique stalls for a short period.
In a former guise, as H Palace
H Palace, which occupied the premises after this, was put on the market in 2016.
