The festival brings live music to venues and spaces across the city, with this year’s programme spanning 48 genres.
Among the more unusual locations are the Medieval Merchant’s House, God’s House Tower, Marlands Shopping Centre and the Weigh House and Undercroft vaults.
The festival website says: “The programme prioritises emerging and grassroots musicians, offering professional stage experience to artists at early career stages or from under-represented backgrounds.”
Alongside established local acts, the programme includes youth musicians, community choirs and artists representing diverse cultural traditions.
The festival is free, with the full programme and venue listings available on the event’s website.
