Just a short while after the new path to Riverside Park from Cobden Bridge opened, it's been closed again - this time due to an 'incident' overnight. Both the top and bottom of the path are guarded by (rather wet) police officers. It was reportedly closed from at least as early as 5am (Tues 3), and is expected to remain closed until early afternoon at least. There's still access to the park via other entrances - if you fancy a walk in today's weather, that is!
