New bus routes from Xelabus

xelabusBus company Xelabus says it’s “teamed up with Sainsbury’s supermarkets to provide a new hoppa bus service to the new Portswood store”. Its new X13 and X14 services also bring new bus routes to some areas.

Xelabus is a family-owned bus company based in Eastleigh. It operates double- and single-decker buses for contracts and schools, as well as a local network of town buses between Fair Oak, Eastleigh and Boyatt Wood and Valley Park. Theirs are distinctive green and cream buses, and their new service to Portswood Sainsbury’s starts in March.

Route details are:

X13 From Portswood Sainsbury’s, St Denys Road, Belmont Road (new link), Portswood By Pass, Lodge Road, Archers Road, Northlands Road, The Avenue, Westwood Road, Brookvale Road, Portswood Road to Portswood Sainsbury’s.

Xelabus says the X13 will give residents in Belmont Road and Northlands Road a bus service for the first time.
