Sessions are coach-led and will cover the basics from chest passes to footwork. Whether it is about rediscovering sporting abilities you forgot you had, about getting active again or just meeting a group of like-minded ladies, these sessions cater for all abilities. Giggles are guaranteed.”
“Re-introducing the sport to ladies who perhaps haven’t played since school is very rewarding. Many have forgotten how much they loved playing, but I am happy to remind them! It’s great for getting fit, having fun and making friends.”
