Audio: Ten years of Environmental Rock

Greg HewittListen to interviews from at this year’s Environmental Rock – an event held at The Hobbit pub in Bevois Valley, which combines environmental awareness with great entertainment.

We spoke to Dave McKay, ‘El Co-ordinator Suprimo’ of Environmental Rock (pictured below), as Envoronmental Rock celebrated its tenth anniversary, to find out more about the thinking behind the event.

We also spoke to organisations running various stalls including the Southampton Naked Bike Ride, Tools for Self Reliance, Transition Southampton, Friends of the Earth and a group playing musical instruments make from junk.

Listen to the interviews using the player below. This feature first went out prior to our live podcast on May 22, 2012.
