A peek at the new menu reveals temptations including Thai Fish Cakes; Crispy Calamari with Coriander, Chilli and Lime; Filo Cigars stuffed with Noodles and Vegetables; Sushi; and Thai Red Chicken Curry & Rice ¬– to list but a few.
"There's a lot of food with an Asian influence, because I travelled for 20 years," explains Caroline. "We've got Asian, Chile, Spanish – the flavours that we like, using fresh herbs: a whole mixture."
