Police report a fatal collision on Thomas Lewis Way, Southampton involving a cyclist and a black Audi A3 car.

The incident happened at 2.19pm on July 10,close to the junction of Belgrave Road and Belgrave Industrial Estate.
 
The male cyclist, thought to be in his 20s, sustained severe head injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
 
The male driver of the Audi was uninjured.
 
Police are appealing to any witnesses to the collision, or anyone who saw either the cyclist or the car involved shortly before it, to call Sgt Gabe Snuggs on Totton Roads Policing Unit on 101.
