Expect musical performances in unusual places around the city over the weekend (Oct 5-6), as ‘Music in the City’ gets underway, featuring 90 acts playing at 13 unique and historical venues.

From electronica to classical, folk and jazz, the idea is to encourage people to seek out gigs in unusual settings, watch street performers and even have a go themselves. See the council’s website for more details and schedule.
